SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Educated to degree level or higher
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a marketing agency (minimum 5 year as a Senior Account manager)
3 years’ management experience (essential)
Proven track-record of mentoring junior team members
In-depth knowledge of current marketing techniques, trends and technologies (Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing, is desirable)
Proven track record of working to deadlines and budgets
Proven track record of growing/winning business on large accounts
Proven time management skills
Strong project management skills and experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent presentation skills (internal and client)
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to lead senior stakeholder relationships
