Description & responsibilities•
You will be managing the delivery of our key client account strategic programmes and campaigns.
- Project manage the day-to-day running of a range of client accounts
- Write excellent briefs and police the quality of briefs in your team
- Deliver engaging briefs with the creative team
- Support the development on a range of client accounts through logical strategic plans
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Deliver a range of projects from creative, design, web and production projects through to completion, with in-depth marketing knowhow
- Analyse and report the performance of your campaigns, pin-point new opportunities, and facilitate change as a way to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, brands and target audiences
- Present to clients and prospects
- Help develop new ideas and techniques for the continued development of client strategy
- Help introduce new technologies and ways of working - with a keen knowledge of market trends - to support internal growth and efficiency strategies
- Proactively use all tools and technologies at your disposal
- Identify and share industry updates, plus emerging tools and technologies
Skills & experience•
- Educated to degree level or higher
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing agency
- Proven track record of working to deadlines and budgets
- Proven time management skills
- Strong project management skills and experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent presentation skills (internal and client)
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
